Green Masala Fish Fry<\/h3>\n

Required Ingredients :
\nAnjal Fish \u00bd kg
\nMint Leaves \u00bd cup
\nCoriander leaves \u00bd cup
\nGreen chilies 5-6
\nGinger 1 inch
\nGarlic 10 cloves
\nSalt as per taste
\nCurry leaves 5-6
\nCooking oil 4-5 spoons
\nLemon Juice 2-3 spoons<\/p>\n

Method :
\nWash and Clean the fish.
\nGrind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, salt and lemon juice to a smooth paste.
\nDo not use water while grinding.
\nSpread the grounded mixture on both sides of the fish and leave it aside for half an hour. Then in a heated pan, add oil, once it is heated add curry leaves and marinated fish. Keeping the flame in low, cook fish on both the sides. It is ready to be served.<\/p>\n
