The main concept is to be a pitstop for riders and travellers which provides fresh, fast vegetarian food.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"IMG_20160306_172858\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/25890002052\/in\/dateposted\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1635\/25890002052_cfd6ef8252_b.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20160306_172858\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><script src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>We were here as a part of FBAB meetup and IPC had decided what they wanted to serve us. They had a list of items which were popular and we started with a lassi &#8211; Patiala Lassi is what we needed after a long drive on a hot sunny day. It was more than just a welcome drink. The curd is blended perfectly, the sweetness is on point and was topped off with Kesar for additional flavours.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"IMG_20160306_173033\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/26010868455\/in\/dateposted\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1600\/26010868455_47a8b41228_b.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20160306_173033\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><script src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Pakoda Platter is the best way to spend an evening while sunset was a bonus view! The platter contained Onion Pakoda and Paneer Pakoda, were crisp and the spices were perfect.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"IMG_20160306_173943\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/25889950272\/in\/photostream\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1672\/25889950272_0a053468e5_b.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20160306_173943\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><script src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Achari Masti Paratha was one of our favourites. The filling was just amazing, spices were a treat to taste buds. It was served with curd, pickle, chilli chutney and few slices of onion and capsicum which went hand-in-hand. Spicy food lovers gotta try this.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"IMG_20160306_175302\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/26010746565\/in\/photostream\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1514\/26010746565_affbf0635b_b.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20160306_175302\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><script src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Parathzza, a unique combination of Paratha and Pizza, \u00a0we got to try Paneer Tikka Parathzzaa. The base was perfectly cooked while the stuffing was made up of paneer and topped with cheese. Spices could&#8217;ve been improved and addition of sauce or pickle would&#8217;ve been better.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"IMG_20160306_180415_01\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/25889971252\/in\/photostream\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1483\/25889971252_9f1447ed17_b.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20160306_180415_01\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><script src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Kulfi is our all time favourite dessert. Nothing can match the fun in eating it. The plating of Kulfi was just so simple and appealing. We were served with a great Kulfi indeed.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"IMG_20160306_180746\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/25378059104\/in\/photostream\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1684\/25378059104_a836657395_b.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20160306_180746\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><script src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Irish Coffee was a layered drink with Caramel at the bottom, Cream in the middle and Coffee on top with ice cubes. Small world which offers great food.
