They started their journey in 2013 at Hyderabad. Bengaluru and Pune have been its recent additions, making a total count of 32 stores in 3 cities.<\/p>\n<p>As invitees for the 12th FBAB meetup, we were at Cartier Hotel for food tasting and package reviewing.<\/p>\n<p>Dishes that were served:<br \/>\nDouble ka Meetha &#8211; A great welcome sweet, which renders your taste buds. Quick bread based sweet which couldn&#8217;t be identified, until we were informed about the recipe. Fried chunks of bread soaked in rich badam milk.<\/p>\n<p><a data-flickr-embed=\"true\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/24761510329\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" title=\"hc (7)\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1454\/24761510329_51f2c59d78_b.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" alt=\"hc (7)\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Veg Biryani &#8211; Steamed rice accompanied with mild flavors of spices with fewer vegetables and served with raita. Not great, but a good dish for a veggie. Biryani can be improved in terms of vegetables and spices.<\/p>\n<p><a data-flickr-embed=\"true\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/25035925441\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" title=\"hc (6)\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1514\/25035925441_0c27308886_b.jpg\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" alt=\"hc (6)\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Boneless Chicken Biryani &#8211; This is more of a Bengaluru Biryani rather than an authentic biryani, it&#8217;s the result of having to serve different foodies. So, don&#8217;t expect this to be spicy. The way they&#8217;ve integrated the flavors has come out well. Chicken is perfectly cooked and the its served with raita.<\/p>\n<p><a data-flickr-embed=\"true\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/24761515069\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" title=\"hc (8)\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1590\/24761515069_fe8e56119e_b.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" alt=\"hc (8)\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Mighty Chicken Masala &#8211; Ghar ka Chicken, as they say it, but due to the market trends, the name was changed to Mighty Chicken Masala. Soft cooked chicken in a home styled recipe.<\/p>\n<p><a data-flickr-embed=\"true\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/25010986432\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" title=\"hc (16)\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1661\/25010986432_bb860d2b78_b.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" alt=\"hc (16)\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Paneer Capsicum Paratha &#8211; How to make a veggie happy? You serve them Paneer Capsicum Paratha! It&#8217;s a combination of paneer and finely chopped capsicum, mixed together and stuffed to make a paratha.<\/p>\n<p><a data-flickr-embed=\"true\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/25118895901\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" title=\"hc (4)\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1605\/25118895901_a2526a7514_b.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"297\" alt=\"hc (4)\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Butter Chicken &#8211; Another dish that has a change of recipe to match the localites&#8217; requirement. As usual, tender chicken cooked with masalas and fewer spices.<\/p>\n<p><a data-flickr-embed=\"true\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/25102853016\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" title=\"hc (2)\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1570\/25102853016_10029ea72a_b.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" alt=\"hc (2)\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Dhal Makhani &#8211; Dhal Makhani has been known for leaving one filled and making them feel heavy. But this had a different story. They&#8217;ve come up with a brilliant idea of replacing traditional beans with Green Gram, and it has paid off. A great curry that goes well with rice and paratha.<\/p>\n<p><a data-flickr-embed=\"true\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/24761497359\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" title=\"hc (1)\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1476\/24761497359_8e525f37cb_b.jpg\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" alt=\"hc (1)\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Paneer Butter Masala &#8211; One of their best curries. Double like for the taste, even better with additional butter \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n<p><a data-flickr-embed=\"true\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/25129223985\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" title=\"hc (15)\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1516\/25129223985_daa9cb33d6_b.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" alt=\"hc (15)\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Panchmel Sabzi &#8211; As the name says, a light curry made up of five ingredients served with steamed rice. It can also be tried with paratha. Nothing great about the taste.<\/p>\n<p>Choc\u00f3 Shots &#8211; This was a trial dish which isn&#8217;t available on the menu. Amazing dessert prepared by a home chef made up of layers of chocolate cream, bits of butterscotch and topped off with choco chips &amp; peanuts.<\/p>\n<p><a data-flickr-embed=\"true\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/lifeonplates\/25010977812\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" title=\"hc (14)\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1473\/25010977812_a8e2a55699_b.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" alt=\"hc (14)\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Packaging of the Dishes:<br \/>\nFor &#8216;delivery-only&#8217; start-up, it&#8217;s just not about the taste of the food but also about the packaging and presenting of it.
